DLNA, supported by 250 of the world’s leading consumer electronics, PC and mobile companies, is an industry standard that enables interoperability between consumer devices in a home network.

DLNA Certified® products enable you to share and enjoy your digital content where and when you want, at home or on the road.

Conax Contego™ supports secure bridging from Conax content protection into DLNA, including associating the digital content with usage licenses that control the way the content may be used in the home network.

The list of DLNA Certified® products currently includes more than 8000 different products, including STBs, TVs, PVRs, mobile phones, iPads, game consoles, Network Attached Servers (NAS) and PCs. DLNA is therefore a natural choice for setting up a home network that is supported by a multitude of products from various brands. The content security in DLNA is ensured using the Digital Transmission Content Protection (DTCP) DRM system.
